For hygiene reasons, Earrings can not be returned or exchanged. Earring charms, cuffs and The Earring Box can be returned within 10 days of you receiving them.
Please note the customer is responsible for the cost of the return postage. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to organise a return.
Please allow up to 7 business days for a refund to reach your account before contacting us.
All earring dimensions and chain lengths are clearly communicated in each product page and where possible, images of the pieces in an ear are shown for you to gain perspective. However, none of our ear anatomy is the same, everybody's ears varies in size - so if you are unsure what size you need, please try measuring the earrings you currently wear, ask a piercer, or I find this link helpful too

All pieces come with a 12 month warranty. The warranty does not cover damage from normal wear and tear, accidents or misuse by the customer such as wearing plated pieces in conditions that would naturally fade the pieces or which has become bent or damaged after purchase.
The solid gold collection should be handled with care. If you are nervous about replacing your pieces, your piercer will normally be happy to change it for you for a small fee, maybe free if you get another piercing whilst there!!
I pride myself on the quality of my pieces and quality check it three times...when it arrives, when it is picked, and just before it is packed, to ensure that you will be happy with your purchase, however, if it arrives in less than perfect condition please email firstname.lastname@example.org with clear pictures and description of the problem, with your order number.
*Please note sale items are exempt from the standard terms and conditions.
* All orders, including International ones, are sent via Royal Mail's Signed For service. This means you need to sign for them. If you aren’t likely to be home, we can ship to your work address! If your order contains a Solid Gold high value item, it will be shipped via NEXT DAY DELIVERY for insurance purposes.
* I do not take responsibility for orders left outside the address when the customer is not in to sign for them.
* During peak times (public holidays, promotions, Black Friday & Christmas) orders may take slightly longer to reach you than the time frames listed below.
* I aim to dispatch all orders on the same day if your order is placed before 12pm Mon-Fri. Orders placed at the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.
