Upping your earring game for Summer!
I’m more than a little guilty of sticking to the staple pieces in my ears, despite having hundreds of choices of earrings to choose from in my office but with my holiday creeping closer and closer, I’ve curated a collection of pieces to pop in my earring box to take to Greece with me. Think turquoise, gold, pearls, seashells and you’ve pretty much nailed my choices. I’ll be sticking with my solid gold pieces around the pool and in the sea, as the water won’t affect them, please do remember that sun lotion, chlorine, sea salt could affect the colour of the plated pieces and cause them to fade.
So for the evenings…..
1) Neutrals
I love the Diosa pearls for a boho style look, whether a cool skirt with a simple top or a broderie anglaise dress, even a simple white vest and denim cut offs, they are so versatile they work with anything. Above is the exact outfit I plan to wear one evening.

2) Pop of Colour
Turquoise brings back childhood memories of a wonderful holiday in Turkey, I was about 9, with white blonde hair (locals looked at blondes like they were a goddess or something), and the jewellery stall sellers offered my parents silver and turquoise pieces in exchange for me, obviously they declined, but at the age of 9 I discovered I was brilliant at haggling and bargaining with the pricing, and managed to do quite well out of it!! I always look at the Azure or Azurro pieces with a little smile, it’s funny what colours and other sensory things do to conjure up memories. I think these are the perfect pieces for day time lunches and drinks with cut offs and teamed with the simple Perla huggie.

3) Casual drinks
My other current Summer fave are the Cascara huggies, a slightly bigger hoop than my others at 10mm, but with a detachable gold plated shell. It is 2 pairs of earrings in one, perfect for a quick change up and if you've not got any more space for a jewellery box then at least you've got two pairs with the Cascara.
