People love to see earrings in ears….

People love to see earrings in ears…..and it’s even better if it is a customer that has bought them.

Did you know that if you tag me on any pictures you post in stories or on your Instagram grid, you are in the monthly draw?  I bang on about it enough!    Or maybe you don’t follow me (sob), so here’s the link for ease.

A word to the wise though, if you are set to private, I won’t see your pictures, even if you have tagged me.  I totally get why you choose to be private, and that isn’t a reason to lose out, so DM me a screen grab of your post or story, and I will enter you!  Lots of you ask why you are still entered into the draw if I can’t see it? The point is, we all know word of mouth is so powerful.  If someone tells you the house wine at the pub tastes like vinegar, you probably won’t order it….. if they tell you they make the best Aperol they’ve had outside of Italy, then you will buy it.  (I will anyway – cheers!)

So whether you have 2 followers or 20,000, your posted picture could send one of those followers to H&C to buy a pair of earrings and become another Helix & Concher.   Every single one of you that has tagged me will go into my random image generator app, which will then choose a winner every month and you get to choose something up to £40, OR you can put £40 towards something - a solid gold treat maybe!

So; tags win prizes….and a little tip from me to you, having sworn, thrown my phone, edited the crap out of a spotty face when I needed to post a pic of my own ears, here are some top tips on how to get the best pic…

  • Use the front facing camera, not selfie mode.
  • Stand in front of a mirror so you can see the screen and your ear, and then snap away.
  • Even better, get somebody else to do it for you

If you are happy for me to put you on the grid, and the quality is clear and in focus,  then the ideal set up is a white wall behind you, or just something with no clutter, I love seeing your faces but if you aren’t up for that, then an ear pic is just fine, just please make sure it is in focus!

For those of you that I pop onto the grid as a permanent post, on the 1st of January one of you will be chosen to win a £150 H&C voucher!!

Are you ready for your close up?
