Firstly, I want to say a huge heartfelt thank you for your continued support throughout the year, there have been times recently where I have worried that I might be one of the many businesses closing its doors, but you keep lifting me back up!

With lots of new Helix & Conchers, and of course the OG’s, the business again has had growth this year, and I wish I could thank you all individually!  Solid gold prices have gone crazy meaning I unfortunately have to take a break with any new designs, but there are some gorgeous new plated designs dropping before the end of 2025.

To help you plan and avoid disappointment, I am sharing below my delivery dates. Of course, to be 100% safe, you can buy an e-gift voucher here.

 
Festive deliveries

UK
For UK orders, for standard first class signed for, you will need to order by 12pm GMT on Thursday 19th December, and for Special Delivery, please order by noon on Monday 22nd December for pre-Christmas delivery. 

International
For international orders, please order by 12pm GMT on Monday 8th December for pre-Christmas delivery.

Orders will continue to be shipped up to and including Tuesday 23rd December for orders placed before 12pm GMT.  Orders received after this will be posted on Monday 5th January. (sometimes I do dip my toe in before this, but please work with 5th January so you aren't disappointed)

Please note, once your order has been posted, I have no more visibility than you do with the tracking number.  We all know that Royal Mail are indundated at this time of year, so please think about whether this is something out of my control before contacting me.  If you have received a tracking number, this means the order has been sent, and we are now reliant on Royal Mail delivering.  Please note, only Special Delivery gives you focused tracking, 1st class signed for only lets you know it's been taken to the post office, and me know that it has been delivered, nothing inbetween.

I will be taking a much needed rest over the festive period. Please therefore be advised that any email enquiries may not be replied to until 5th January 2026.
