Firstly, I want to say a huge heartfelt thank you for your continued support throughout the year, I have seen so many small businesses closing which breaks my heart, and I am so grateful to still be here, so huge huge thanks.

With lots of new Helix & Conchers, and of course the OG’s (!) the business again has had growth this year, and I wish I could thank you all individually!  I can't wait to see what next year holds and am hoping it might include branching out into other items as well as earrings.

Festive deliveries

UK
For UK orders, for standard first class signed for, you will need to order by 12pm GMT on Thursday 19th December, and for Special Delivery, please order by noon on Friday 20th December for pre-Christmas delivery.

International
For international orders, please order by 12pm GMT on Wednesday 4th December for pre-Christmas delivery.

Orders will continue to be shipped up to and including Monday 23rd December for orders placed before 12pm GMT.  Orders received after this will be posted on Monday 30th December.

Please note, once your order has been posted, I have no more visibility than you do with the tracking number.  So please think about whether this is something out of my control before contacting me.  If you have received a tracking number, this means the order has been sent, and we are now reliant on Royal Mail delivering.

I will be taking a much needed rest over the festive period. Please therefore be advised that any email enquiries may not be replied to until 3^rd January 2025.
