Earrings can unfortunately not be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons. If you have received your order and it is damaged, please email us at: hello@helixandconch.com with pictures of the items. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please allow up to 7 business days for a refund to reach your account before contacting us.



* All orders, including International ones, are sent via Royal Mail's Signed For service. This means you need to sign for them. If you aren’t likely to be home, we can ship to your work address!

* We do not take responsibility for orders left outside the address when the customer is not in to sign for them.

* During peak times (public holidays, promotions, Black Friday & Christmas) orders may take slightly longer to reach you than the time frames listed below.

* We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day if your order is placed before 3pm Mon-Fri. Orders placed at the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.
