Beautiful and shiny with a cute star on the back - it doesn’t tarnish and is perfectly comfortable for me to wear all the time, even in the shower. Abby gives fantastic customer service with her handwritten notes and will answer any questions or advise about which products to go for. My ears love Helix & Conch almost as much as I do!
