FAQ's

What metal are the earrings?

All of our jewellery is 925 sterling silver based and 14k and 18k gold plated.  The solid gold is exactly what it says, 9k or 14k solid white or yellow gold.

 

Can I sleep in my jewellery?

Due to the base being a soft metal, it may bend and therefore we do not recommend you sleep in them.  If for whatever reason the earring post bends out of shape through poor storage or a late night where you forgot to take your jewellery off (nevermind your makeup too!), you can easily and gently reshape them.  Click here to see the guide

 

Can I swim in my jewellery?

Our sterling silver pieces will wear well in water. However, it is best to avoid contact with sea water and chlorinated water as chemicals and minerals will damage the silver (as with all silver). For our plated pieces, we recommend you avoid contact with water, sun cream and perfume to preserve its colour and luster. This is the same with any colour-plated jewellery.

It is a gift, can you provide a special message to the recipient with the parcel?

Yes! Just write your note in the special instructions comment box during checkout.  We also have some greetings cards that we can write for you, just go to our accessories page
