What metal are the earrings?

All H&C jewellery is 925 sterling silver based and 14k gold plated or rhodium plated.  The solid gold is exactly what it says, 9k or 14k solid white or yellow gold.

Can I sleep in my jewellery?

Due to the base being a soft metal, it may bend and therefore we do not recommend you sleep in them.  If for whatever reason the earring post bends out of shape through poor storage or a late night where you forgot to take your jewellery off (nevermind your makeup too!), you can easily and gently reshape them.  Click here to see the guide

Can I swim in my jewellery?

All of my plated pieces are plated in the thickest micron plating, however, to keep their lustre as long as possible, I recommend you avoid contact with water, sun cream and perfume to preserve its colour. This is the same with any colour-plated jewellery from any brand.

Yes! Just write your note in the special instructions comment box during checkout.  I also have some greetings cards that I can write for you!

I want to purchase an item but it’s sold out! When will it be back in stock?

I restock items regularly. If you see something you like and we are currently out of stock, just click on the 'notify when back in stock' button.  The minute they are uploaded to the site, you will get an email to let you know.

My earrings haven’t arrived!

Once goods have been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number. Unfortunately it is then in the hands of the postal gods, but if you haven't received your goods within the specified delivery time you requested please email hello@helixandconch.com
